- 1. Wrap the measuring tape around your finger
- 2. Adjust the tape by tightening or lossening it for a comfortable fit.
- 3. Note the measuring where the tape overlaps.

Use Your Existing Ring
- 1. Select a well-fitting ring that you already own
- 2. Place the ring on a ruler or measuring tape.
- 3. Measure the inner diameter of the ring in millmeters.
- 4. Compare your your measuring with the size guide below to finds the best-fitting ring size.
Using a Thread / Strip of Paper
- 1. Cut a thin Strip of thread or paper.
- 2. Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger.
- 3. Mark the spot where the ends overlap using a pen or marker.
- 4. Lay the strip flat and measure its length with a ruler.
