Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

•  Once your order is placed, we aim to process and ship it within 24–48 working hours.

• Some items, especially pre-order pieces, may take a little longer.

• For domestic orders within India, expect delivery within 3–5 working days.

Prepaid Orders

• We offer free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders across India.

• For international shipments, shipping charges will apply based on the destination.

Cash on Delivery Available

We understand that some customers prefer paying on delivery.

That’s why we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for a nominal charge of ₹30, covering additional courier handling.

Select COD at checkout and pay securely upon delivery.

Personalised Order Dispatch & Delivery

Your personalised jewellery is handcrafted exclusively for you and undergoes careful quality checks to ensure the finest finish.
This crafting process takes 7–8 business days (excluding weekends).

Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 10–12 business days from the date of order placement, depending on your location.

Please note:
As this piece is specially made to your specifications, personalised orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.

Order Delivery & Inspection

• When your order arrives, please inspect the package.
• If you notice any damage to the product or packaging before accepting the delivery, we recommend rejecting the order.
• Once the product is returned to us, our customer care team will promptly arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
• Please contact us with your order ID for assistance.

Payment Methods

• Zarista accepts payments through major credit/debit cards (VISA, Razorpay, etc.) via our secure payment gateway.
• All transactions are processed in INR (Indian Rupees). Duties and taxes are included in the product price.


Returns & Reverse Shipping

• In case the reverse pickup service is unavailable for your location, you may need to ship the product back to us.
• Connect with our customer care team for return instructions and the shipping address.
